Dear Guests, thank you for choosing to holiday with Boomerang! Should you go ahead and book with us, it is understood that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

 

All guests must submit Government ID proof once a booking has been confirmed.

In the interests of our home owners, we collect a security deposit from guests at the time of check in. This is usually the equivalent of one night’s stay. The deposit is refunded at check out provided there is no damage or loss within any of the homes.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Strictly no drugs on any of our premises.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially in and around the swimming pool area.

Incase of a power outage, the invertors in our homes will power some fans and lights but not the high voltage appliances and air conditioners.

In an effort to be gentler on our environment, we change linen and towels every 3 days. This allows us to save water and use less laundry chemicals. Thank you for helping us conserve.

Check-in and Check-out times are strict so that we may prepare the space for the next guest. Please speak to our team to see if an adjustment to these timings is possible.

Guests hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, Boomerang, its staff and its home owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by guests and/or their visitors.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations up to 15 days prior to check in 100% refund is given.

For cancellations between 7 – 14 days prior to check in 50% refund is given.

For cancellations between 1 – 7 days prior to check in no refund is given.

For cancellations during any festive season or high peak season 100% refund is given only 60 days prior to check in. No refund is given if less than 60 days notice is provided during these times.
